Refund policy

Defective/ Wrong Products

We accept returns and refunds for defective / faulty products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and it must have a defect that was not caused by misuse or abuse.

Non-Defective Products

We do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products due to change of mind. 

Return and Replacement Shipping

We will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping cost should you decided to get the replacement for defective/ wrong product.

Refunds

We will do refund through Paynow/Paylah or Bank Transfer.
